I understand you must be receiving hundreds of phone calls; however, I am calling to advocate on behalf of Patrick Warren Sr. who an officer murdered during a mental health check, unarmed, and in front of his family.
We demand The Killeen Police Department to fire and arrest officer Reynaldo Contreras immediately, for the murder of Patrick Warren, Sr.
We also demand the immediate implementation of improved policies and procedures for police officers to handle mental health calls effectively.
