Good afternoon my name is _____ I am calling from The MIMS Project in Houston Texas, to get in contact with _____.

I understand you must be receiving hundreds of phone calls; however, I am calling to advocate on behalf of Quawan “Bobby” Charles.

We demand an independent investigation on the murder of Quawan Charles, alongside the immediate arrest of Tyler Legros. Tyler failed to report a missing child. Furthermore, a phone recording demonstrates Tyler Legros admitting to contributing to the delinquency of a minor and being in possession of marijuana.

The Baldwin Police Department undoubtedly failed Quawan Charles in their neglectful and poor response to his disappearance. This fatal lack of action is unjustifiable and possibly allowed for the lynching of Quan Charles to occur.

However moving forward, your department has the power to make these demands happen. Expect further phone calls from me, thank you very much.
